Do you love turning big ideas into campaigns that get people talking? Can you balance strategy with hands-on hustle? If you are a marketer who thrives on both creativity and measurable results, this might be your next adventure.

At Energy Management Corporation (EMC), we keep industries running with reliable energy solutions—and we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can help us amplify that story. You will be the driver behind our brand, the architect of our campaigns, and the connector between our technical experts and the audience who need them.

What You Will Do

  • Lead with vision – Build and execute a marketing strategy that strengthens our brand, fuels sales growth, and positions EMC as a go-to name in the energy and industrial world.
  • Run impactful campaigns – From digital ads to trade shows to customer events, you will design and launch marketing programs that grab attention and generate high-quality leads.
  • Tell our story – Translate complex technical solutions into content that customers actually want to read including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and more.
  • Grow our digital presence – Own our website, SEO, email, and social platforms. Use data to track what is working and double down on impact.
  • Partner across the business – Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineers to make sure our messaging is clear, compelling, and consistent everywhere.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is a plus but not required.
  • Five or more years of marketing experience, with B2B, industrial, or energy sector experience being a major advantage.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • A blend of creativity and analytical thinking—you can write a strong headline and track its ROI.
  • Communication skills that make people stop, listen, and engage.

What Success Looks Like

  • A steady stream of qualified inbound leads fueling our sales pipeline.
  • EMC gaining visibility as an industry leader in our target markets.
  • A professional, unified brand presence across every platform.
  • Sales, operations, and technical teams saying: “Marketing gets us.”

Why EMC

  • Impact that matters – You will shape how customers see us and directly drive business growth.
  • Room to build – We are ready for new ideas, fresh campaigns, and bold marketing moves.
  • Culture that clicks – Innovative, collaborative, and focused on solving real-world energy challenges.

Ready to Apply

This role is for doers, builders, and storytellers who love to balance strategy with execution. If you thrive in a technical B2B world, but still bring creativity and fun to your work, we would love to meet you.

Do not apply if

  1. You are only interested in brand fluff with no strategy behind it.
  2. You shy away from collaborating with sales or technical experts.
  3. You want a job where you can coast. This role is about growth, impact, and moving the needle.

Energy Management Corporation is proud to be an Affirmative Action / Equal Employment Opportunity employer. We welcome and encourage qualified women, minorities, and individuals from all backgrounds to apply.

Candidate Attestation

I hereby certify that the information provided in my application, résumé, and any accompanying documents is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of information may disqualify me from consideration for employment or, if employed, may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

I authorize the company to verify the information I have provided and to contact references, previous employers, or educational institutions as necessary.

By submitting my application, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this
