When: 2 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday through Thursday (Hello, three-day weekends — your new best friend!)
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts a week — work hard, then kick back and enjoy the heck out of your Fridays!

Who We’re Looking For:
Are you reliable, eager to learn, and ready to pick up some cool new skills? Perfect! No experience? No worries — if you bring the hustle, we’ll teach you the muscle (and the know-how).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Moving and grooving (mostly standing and walking, so say goodbye to desk chair butt!)
Using your hands and tools to work on motor parts (yes, you get to be handy and impress people)
Lifting stuff up to 50 pounds — think of it as your daily workout, no gym membership needed!
Learning about motors and electrical stuff (we promise it’s cooler than it sounds)
Getting friendly with tools like calipers and testers (you’ll sound fancy at parties)

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or GED (your ticket in)
About 2 years as a motor winding apprentice, or just a big “I’m ready!” attitude
Good hand-eye coordination (no juggling required, but it wouldn’t hurt)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (strong arms = bragging rights)
Friendly vibes, team spirit, and English communication skills (because we like to chat)
