The Field Specialist is responsible for handling activities that generate and progress sales opportunites and build trust with stakeholders. They play a key role in the energy strategy conversations to help engineering firms, end users, and contractors align their goals with solutions.

Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 DOE

Once here, you will:

Engage with key market stakeholders & support sales efforts

Deliver technical presentations, providing in-depth knowledge and insights about our products and their applications
Act as a trusted advisor in energy strategy discussions to identify solutions for their needs.
Identify new opportunites within the sector and help develop strategies to win project orders.
Represent EMC as a thought leader in the energy market by leading discussions about trends, regulations and innovative solutions.
Perform critical (generally sales related) field based takes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
Experience in sales or business development within the energy, electrical, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Passion for energy solutions and a mindset of growth and continual improvement.
