If you’ve got a background in industrial or B2B environments and you’re ready to break into sales or take your early sales career to the next level this is your opportunity.
We’re looking for someone who’s curious, driven, and ready to turn conversations into opportunities. In this role, you won’t just “sell products” you’ll help businesses solve real operational challenges using critical equipment like motors, generators, and VFDs that keep industries running.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hunt for new business opportunities across industries like manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, mining, and more
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and creative follow-ups (yes, you’ll get comfortable picking up the phone!)
- Build and manage your own pipeline—from first conversation to closed deal
- Connect with decision-makers like plant managers, engineers, and procurement teams
- Ask smart questions to uncover problems and recommend the right solutions
- Partner with marketing to sharpen outreach strategies and messaging
- Keep your sales activity organized in CRM tools (your future best friend)
- Stay on top of your deals and keep momentum moving forward
What You Bring
- Some experience in B2B, industrial, or hands-on environments (sales experience is a plus, not a must)
- A willingness to learn technical products, no engineering degree required, just curiosity
- Confidence to start conversations and build relationships
- Strong communication skills, you can talk shop with both engineers and business leaders
- Self-motivation and the ability to stay organized while juggling multiple opportunities
Bonus Points If You Have
- Exposure to industrial equipment, MRO, or capital sales
- Familiarity with motors, generators, or VFDs
- Ability to read or understand basic technical specs or drawings
