Are you a natural connector with a radar for new opportunities? Do you get a thrill from turning cold leads into warm wins? We’re looking for a high-energy, target-crushing B2B Sales and Lead Specialist to join our team and help drive growth like a boss.

About Us

At Energy Management Corporation, we don't just sell electric motors and generators — we solve complex electrical puzzles for the industrial world. We’re the go-to problem-solvers for critical infrastructure, municipalities, hospitals, and manufacturing facilities. We keep the lights on, the machines humming, and the world moving.

Our mission is to build greatness together. And that’s not just a tagline — it’s how we roll. Our team is packed with smart, humble, and driven people who love to learn, grow, and win as a team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Hunting down and engaging quality B2B leads (you’re basically a business bloodhound).
  • Creating and executing outbound strategies to generate qualified industrial leads.
  • Developing and managing a pipeline of B2B prospects from lead to close.
  • Building relationships with decision-makers who didn’t know they needed us until you showed up.
  • Collaborating with marketing to fine-tune lead generation strategies.
  • Using CRM tools to track progress, set reminders, and never let a deal go cold.
  • Hitting targets, celebrating wins, and doing a happy dance (optional but encouraged).

What You Bring

  • Two or more years in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (bonus points for SaaS or industrial sectors).
  • Proven success in generating and qualifying leads in an industrial B2B environment.
  • A natural gift of gab with the listening skills to match.
  • CRM fluency such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or your preferred tool.
  • Self-starter energy with a love for autonomy and achievement.
  • The charm and persistence to turn not now into let’s talk.

What You Will Get

  • A supportive, collaborative team that celebrates every win.
  • Competitive salary plus performance bonuses.
  • Flexible working hours (we care about results, not clock-watching).
  • Real growth opportunities so you won’t be stuck in a sales loop forever.
  • Occasional memes, GIF wars, and way too much coffee.

Bottom Line

This isn’t your average sales job. We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts strategic thinker, smooth talker, and relentless closer. If you thrive on challenges, love chasing down leads, and get a buzz from closing deals, you’ll fit right in.

Ready to bring your sales superpowers to EMC?

Apply now and let’s build greatness together.

Candidate Attestation

I hereby certify that the information provided in my application, résumé, and any accompanying documents is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. • Experience with construction estimating and bidding (project management experience is a plus!)
  • Strong customer-focused mindset during pre-sales
  • Willingness to learn EMC’s product lines (VFDs and Power Systems)
  • Solid communication skills—written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail (accuracy matters here)
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and similar tools
  • A mindset that aligns with our core values:
    • Care for each other and win as a team
    • Live the law of the harvest
    • Always learning, always improving

Schedule

Do you love turning big ideas into campaigns that get people talking? Can you balance strategy with hands-on hustle? If you are a marketer who thrives on both creativity and measurable results, this might be your next adventure.

At Energy Management Corporation (EMC), we keep industries running with reliable energy solutions—and we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can help us amplify that story. You will be the driver behind our brand, the architect of our campaigns, and the connector between our technical experts and the audience who need them.

What You Will Do

  • Lead with vision – Build and execute a marketing strategy that strengthens our brand, fuels sales growth, and positions EMC as a go-to name in the energy and industrial world.
  • Run impactful campaigns – From digital ads to trade shows to customer events, you will design and launch marketing programs that grab attention and generate high-quality leads.
  • Tell our story – Translate complex technical solutions into content that customers actually want to read including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and more.
  • Grow our digital presence – Own our website, SEO, email, and social platforms. Use data to track what is working and double down on impact.
  • Partner across the business – Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineers to make sure our messaging is clear, compelling, and consistent everywhere.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is a plus but not required.
  • Five or more years of marketing experience, with B2B, industrial, or energy sector experience being a major advantage.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • A blend of creativity and analytical thinking—you can write a strong headline and track its ROI.
  • Communication skills that make people stop, listen, and engage.

What Success Looks Like

  • A steady stream of qualified inbound leads fueling our sales pipeline.
  • EMC gaining visibility as an industry leader in our target markets.
  • A professional, unified brand presence across every platform.
  • Sales, operations, and technical teams saying: “Marketing gets us.”

Why EMC

  • Impact that matters – You will shape how customers see us and directly drive business growth.
  • Room to build – We are ready for new ideas, fresh campaigns, and bold marketing moves.
  • Culture that clicks – Innovative, collaborative, and focused on solving real-world energy challenges.

Ready to Apply

This role is for doers, builders, and storytellers who love to balance strategy with execution. If you thrive in a technical B2B world, but still bring creativity and fun to your work, we would love to meet you.

Do not apply if

  1. You are only interested in brand fluff with no strategy behind it.
  2. You shy away from collaborating with sales or technical experts.
  3. You want a job where you can coast. This role is about growth, impact, and moving the needle.

Energy Management Corporation is proud to be an Affirmative Action / Equal Employment Opportunity employer. We welcome and encourage qualified women, minorities, and individuals from all backgrounds to apply.

Applicants must be able to fulfill the physical duties of the job, which include being able to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Individuals must be able to reach with hands and arms. Candidates must also be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Candidate Attestation

I hereby certify that the information provided in my application, résumé, and any accompanying documents is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of information may disqualify me from consideration for employment or, if employed, may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

I authorize the company to verify the information I have provided and to contact references, previous employers, or educational institutions as necessary.
