Some people push paper. You push motors. If you like solving problems, getting dirty, and keeping plants moving — this job’s for you.

About the Job:
We’re looking for a hands-on Field Service Tech with solid motor controls experience. If you know your way around VFDs, soft starters, and MCCs — and you like solving problems out in the field instead of sitting behind a desk — this gig is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair motor control systems (VFDs, soft starters, MCCs, panels).
  • Keep industrial equipment running smooth by fixing issues before they cause downtime.
  • Travel to customer sites around the region (home base is Denver).
  • Work directly with customers — explain the fix, keep it simple, and earn their trust.
  • Document your work so the next job goes even smoother.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years working with motor controls (VFDs, soft starters, MCCs).
  • Able to read schematics, figure out wiring, and troubleshoot in the field.
  • Strong electrical/mechanical skills — you can think on your feet.
  • Comfortable working independently and on the road.
  • Safety-first mindset.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have PLC troubleshooting/programming experience.
  • Know power quality gear or automation systems.
  • Have worked with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Schneider controls.

Why Work With Us:

  • Solid pay + benefits.
  • Training to sharpen your skills (and learn new ones).
  • Every day’s different — you won’t be bored.
  • A team that actually has your back.
