We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to provide partnership and management support to the Managing Director. This role involves crossing many areas of Power Quality Components (PQC) and Energy Management Corporation (EMC), including administration, sales, and operations. The position will afford you the opportunity to provide a significant and meaningful impact within the organization.
We are looking for someone who has a high-degree of integrity. The ideal candidate must take the initiative to ensure PQC’s operations headquarters runs efficiently. The successful candidate will demonstrate they can communicate effectively with all areas of the business and our customers.
This position will evolve into a managerial role for the right candidate. We are seeking an individual who will take the time to become educated on our products and then leverage their knowledge to help increase the value we provide our customers.
Starting Salary Range: $25 to $30 per hour DOE.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serves as the onsite point of contact and manager of facility.
- Completes all necessary administrative duties as assigned.
- Supports PQC Sales with customer interface, strategic planning and initiatives, and business development activities as directed by the Managing Director and Sales leadership.
- Supports warehouse operations in the following ways:
- Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy.
- Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
- Replenishes stock and inventory as needed.
- Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
- Transfers inventory to shipping partners for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule.
- Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of operations and warehouse practices.
- Enforces safety policies and procedures are followed in the facility.
- Resolves routine equipment and facility issues efficiently.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years in an operational role, which includes warehouse and/or inventory management

Energy Management Corporation has an opening for a Schedule Coordinator in our corporate headquarters. We are a 43-year-old and growing industrial automation company headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah that sells and services electrical motors, drives and generators.
Basic expectations are as follows-
· Work closely with generator service, field engineering and the motor shop managers to schedule calls with customers with appropriate technicians.
· Work with inside sales to follow up quotes and completing outstanding jobs as parts are obtained.
· Work with managers to insure completion of SO's through the PMR and billing process. This includes working with vendors on any additional requirements for warranty or start up.
· Coordinate with technicians and managers on after hour calls and schedules. Ultimately dispatch is controlling and directing after hours emergency calls.
· Coordinate with accounting on customers "On Credit Hold" to avoid incurring additional charges until accounts brought current.

Duties and skills expected of the Industrial Electrician include but are not limited to:
- Journeyman’s License Preferred
- Basic knowledge motors controls and VFDs.
