Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will partner closely with our Field Services team to manage and coordinate industrial service projects from initiation through completion. Your focus will be on ensuring that all components—people, materials, timelines, and communication—are aligned for project success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and audit technician schedules to ensure efficient daily execution across multiple job sites.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure that projects are aligned with operational goals and customer needs.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and support for field crews—proactively resolving issues related to scheduling, equipment, or job readiness.
  • Track and report on project performance, safety metrics, and resource utilization; make tactical adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication across all stakeholders: field teams, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Update project documentation including schedules (e.g., Gantt charts), timelines, closeout paperwork, and service records.
  • Support emergency or after-hours job coordination, dispatch, and communication.
  • Oversee in-shop job timelines and assist with warehouse coordination as necessary.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial services, construction coordination, or job-site management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and customers.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Working knowledge of safety standards, resource allocation, and operational best practices.
  • Experience with scheduling tools and job-tracking systems (Gantt chart experience a plus).

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to be on your feet throughout the day and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Primarily office-based with occasional site visits or warehouse coordination.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call or emergency dispatch coordination when needed.

Energy Management Corporation has an opening for a Field Service Coordinator in our corporate headquarters. We are a 44-year-old and growing industrial automation company headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah that sells and services electrical motors, drives and generators.

Basic expectations are as follows-

· Work closely with generator service, field engineering and the motor shop managers to schedule calls with customers with appropriate technicians.

· Work with inside sales to follow up quotes and completing outstanding jobs as parts are obtained.

· Work with managers to insure completion of SO's through the PMR and billing process. This includes working with vendors on any additional requirements for warranty or start up.

· Coordinate with technicians and managers on after hour calls and schedules. Ultimately dispatch is controlling and directing after hours emergency calls.

· Coordinate with accounting on customers "On Credit Hold" to avoid incurring additional charges until accounts brought current.

· Other duties as assigned

The Ecommerce Data Specialist will be focused on the products and practices that will help drive ecommerce leads and sales. This includes managing online positioning, correcting inventory discrepancies, and managing general website performance. This role reports to EMC’s Marketing Manager.

Once here, you will:

  1. Evaluate and improve online marketing and positioning
    • Review and understand SEO and other key metrics for EMC brands utilizing tools such as Semrush, Google Analytics, etc., including both standard industrial websites and ecommerce brands.
    • Improve existing product listings, including customer experience, data accuracy, and promotion practices.
    • Own website traffic trends, including target markets, industry trends, and technological shifts in the online market.
    • Conduct market pricing research across offered product types and brands, as well as making recommendations based on findings.
  2. Manage part data accuracy (both ecommerce and standard business)
    • Upload new products and listings through the ERP system, including adding parts, technical data, descriptions, files, and SEO data.

    • Manage cross-selling and upselling recommendations, especially across brands and for peripheral devices.
  3. Manage multiple brand images
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, including digital channels, print materials, and live events.
    • Develop and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials reflect EMC’s values, purpose, and positioning in the market.
    • Optimize website and ecommerce content for user experience, SEO, and conversion, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and sales strategies.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally:

In Short:

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for winning new accounts and then identifying opportunities for growing existing accounts. They should be eager to learn new technical information and proactively identify ways to increase revenue. Your role is to conduct sales presentations over the phone and web showcasing our electric motor, VFD and back-up generator solutions to critical infrastructure, municipalities, hospitals, and commercial and manufacturing facilities.

We are especially excited to meet candidates with prior industrial, electrical, or mechanical sales experience.

This role reports to EMC’s Sales Team Lead and will work closely with the customer service team, engineering team, and product specialists.  

Once here you will:

  • Call leads to discuss sales campaigns and set up appointments.
  • Conduct business development appointments with existing clients and new prospects over the phone (or web).
  • Manage sales opportunities from open to close.
  • Provide updates at sales meetings and keep the management team updated on sales.

We will provide you with the campaigns, leads and necessary sales collateral, leaving you free to do what you do best — get on the phone and close deals!

Qualifications

Essential Duties: Repairs special and standard AC and DC electro-mechanical equipment. 

Summary: Is sufficient in repairing numerous AC and DC electro-mechanical equipment and is able to work with a variety of testing tools.

Responsibilities: The following list contains key responsibilities; additional work may be assigned by your manager.

  • Follows relevant work instructions and customer standards.
  • Operates specialized repair and testing equipment.
  • Carries out dynamic balance of rotor and armature assemblies as well as replaces/repairs mechanical parts (e.g. brushes, gears, seals, etc.).
  • Regularly diagnoses and troubleshoots mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Procures special parts per material request form.
  • Oversees that all completed work in their designated area meets EMC quality requirements.
  • Operates Overhead cranes and Medium voltage test panel.
  • Accurately records time on jobs and documents and applies critical information.
  • Completes paperwork accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Operate Fork Trucks (certified); Quality System/Safety Policy trained.
  • Observes all safety procedures and uses proper protective gear.

  • Provides assistance and on-the-job training for Technician Assistants and all Mechanics.

Qualifications: Preferred minimum level of education: High school diploma, plus two years of experience in repairing electro-mechanical equipment. Other key skills include:

  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to foster good employee/employer relations.
  • Intermediate mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination.
  • Understands motor components and has a basic grasp on electrical theory.
  • Can operate dial indicators, calipers, micrometers, and surge/megger testers.

Essential Duties: Carries out a variety of intermediate precision machine tool operation, metal cutting, and grinding work.

Summary: Operates a range of machinery such as lathes, milling machines, drills, etc. and performs a variety of mid-level welding work.

Responsibilities: The following list contains key responsibilities; additional work may be assigned by your manager.

  • Follows relevant work instructions and customer standards.
  • Operates repair/testing equipment.
  • Performs lathe operation (turning, boring, threading).
  • Performs milling operation (e.g. drilling, tapping, boring, etc.).
  • Performs basic metallizing techniques (e.g. metal spraying).
  • Performs tool-post grinding operations and broaching procedures.
  • Brazes, solders, and welds.
  • Runs band saws, belt sanders, and cuts/under cuts commutators.
  • Accurately records time on jobs and documents and applies critical information.
  • Completes paperwork accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Operates Fork Trucks (certified); Quality System/Safety Policy trained.
  • Observes all safety procedures and uses proper protective gear.
  • Lifts, tightens, adjusts and/or secures heavy objects in order to perform work duties.
  • Keeps work area neat and clean.
  • Assures that all completed work meets Energy Management Corporations Quality System requirements.

Qualifications: Preferred level of education: Associates in Applied Science Degree in Machine Tool Technology (or equivalent), plus a year of machining experience. Or a high school diploma and two years of experience in several phases of relevant machine tool technology. Other key skills include:

  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to foster good employee/employer relations.
  • Intermediate mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination.
  • Intermediate welding, brazing, and soldering skills.
  • Understands the properties of metals and the different affects tools have on them.
  • Can operate dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and adequately carry out a range of physical labor.

Energy Management Corporation (EMC) has an opening for a Vibration Analyst. We are a 43-year-old and growing industrial automation company that sells and services electrical motors, drives, and generators. We are looking for an innovative, extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, honest and hardworking individual to join our team.

The Vibration Analyst will partner with personnel from our customer base to maintain and/or improve the reliability of rotating equipment and meet desired facility performance goals. The position requires analyzing and reporting the health of rotating process equipment to proactively identify component, equipment and system issues and recommend corrective actions. Utilization of predictive maintenance programs to include vibration analysis, thermography, PdMA analysis and equipment condition monitoring technologies are critical to the success of this role.

This position works closely with Operations Management, Site Maintenance Personnel, Reliability Specialists and Engineers to identify and resolve rotating equipment related issues.

Salary Range: DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Perform vibration data collection, vibration data analysis, and timely reporting of machine condition findings.
  • Perform routine and emergent data collection needs, to a diverse customer base.
  • Evaluate machinery health, and condition of all types of rotating equipment, through detailed analysis of vibration data.
  • Conduct failure analysis of rotating equipment to determine root causes of failure and help determine solutions to prevent reoccurrences.
  • Perform troubleshooting of equipment and instrumentation related to data collection systems.
  • Perform select field services such as changing sheaves and belts.
  • Interface with existing key company stakeholders, to grow business including Automation Specialist, Hydraulic Specialist, Pneumatic Specialist, Field Service Technicians.

This position requires a combination of office work and field work. This position typically requires travel domestically. Accessibility during off-hours is required. The applicant must be physically able to work on and around elevated fixed and rotating equipment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the maintenance of rotating equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Category II certification in vibration analysis
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies.
  • Must possess excellent verbal communication, team interaction and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer and standard software experience (MS Office, E-Mail, CMMS, etc.)
  • Demonstrates proficiency in the use, application and maintenance of vibration data acquisition software and the diagnostic equipment used to track the health of the site's critical rotating machinery
  • Proven ability to interpret and analyze vibration and data
  • Knowledge of general rotating equipment fundamentals such as assembly fits and tolerances

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5 years minimum experience in maintenance or facility operations in an industrial, manufacturing environment
  • ISO Vibration Level II or higher
  • Proficiency in conducting analysis using SPM or equivalent vibration toolsets
  • Effective utilization of problem-solving methods
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to learn and utilize social networking tools Perform supportive services such as laser alignment, dynamic balancing and oil analysis
  • Willing and able to travel to sites to build relationships with key customer bases
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States

Summary: Performs preparation work and assists in rewinding various kinds of electro-mechanical equipment as directed by supervisor. Cleans, properly runs basic tools, and is able to lift various
objects/items.

Responsibilities: The
