What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate manual lathes – turning, boring, threading
• Run manual mills – drilling, tapping, boring
• Machine, repair, and rebuild components for electric motors and rotating equipment
• Perform metal spraying (metallizing), grinding, and broaching
• Complete brazing, soldering, and light welding work
• Use band saws, belt sanders, and other shop equipment
• Hold tight tolerances using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
• Take ownership of your work—from setup to finished product

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating manual (non-CNC) machining equipment
• A strong sense of craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Mechanical ability—you understand how parts function and fit together
• Ability to work to precise measurements and specifications
• Welding, brazing, or soldering experience is a plus
• Reliable, self-driven, and takes pride in a job well done
